If you don't like that people charge more to insurance companies, then you should contact the most appropriate politician representing you and complain about it. Maybe they'll propose more legislation that will have the opposite effect from the intention.

 

Yeah. Whatever you do, don't put other people at risk. He probably beats her anyway, but at least you didn't contribute to the way he treats her. And if he's crazy enough, you never know, he might kill her. You definitely don't want that on your hands.
