Sadly that wasn't autocorrect, just fat thumbs:anonymous:

Back to wheels. Which model are you wanting?

If you aren't having any contact with the UCA now, you likely won't with either of those SCS options. Both will likely result in some plastic/frame contact with the tires. But anything can be remedied with a little cutting :sawzall:

For those fellas hunting a RTT, CVT just posted this:

Usually their sale discounts are 20% - 25% off. Word from experience, if you decide to go pick the tent up in Chatt. they legally have to charge sales tax. Still much cheaper than freight shipping, but consider that in your budget.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Good looking out. This is the ticket.

Whick ones are you In that case you likely won’t get any contact
I take that insta post to imply there will also be a sale April 12-14. Is that the impression others are getting, or is that just me?

Oh ok. I'm not overly hip to CVT. More assumed the April thing was their typical sale time and the one this weekend was more anniversary related.

All good. I'm more in window shopping and dreaming mode rather that actual buying mode.

So check out the ROAM site again- just noticed today they updated their pictures with thew updated tent and explain some of the features. Wasn't up like this at least 2 days ago. The mattress looks comfortable.

Best way to get a 5th spare. It's what I did, now to just get a swingout so I can mount it up

I've got a gold Stealth 6 delivering today to run as my 5th spare. Was from the set that Vin ran on his sexy 2nd gen. He's selling the set since he's now gone to the -38mm offset 17x9 Ray 10s.

It may sound cheesy to others, but I kinda like the nostalgia factor of having a personal wheel of the founder/owner/creator of the company.

    Edit:
It’s nice when the guy in brown is also a buddy of yours and sends you teasing pics of your new stuff at the door step :D

I am looking for a good tire for a spare. What is the exact size?

Edit: nevermind, I see your other post with the size. I am looking for a 16”

If you're running the RTT on full time now on your rack, whats the difference between running it on a topper vs a cab height rack?

Wouldn't they both present similar lack of aerodynamics? Or is your concern more to the stress on the topper from the constant top load?

Oh gotcha. Based on your profile pic it almost looks like rack puts the RTT at a similar height as it would on a topper.

Any fiberglass topper is going to add 150lbs or more to your rig. I haven't the foggiest clue what an average rack weighs.
