There's a guy in california I can get used ones from for 120 shipped for 2. Guess I'll just wait from him to get more if I don't find any in state. Was lucky last year got 5 for 100 over in cañon city, colorado.

One of my neighbors got stuck going down the hill and abandoned their car in the middle of the road in front of my yard. I'm a little nervous that someone coming down the hill won't be able to stop and hit it or my car

 

take pictures, for insurance stuff, just in case.
Then i recommend a double of the finest well whiskey available, and drift off to sleep.

 

I'm really surprised they didn't get stuck anywhere else. Annoyed that they didn't come around and ask for help digging out or getting strapped out

If i was there, i'd go out and drive circles around them. But that's just me, I'm kind of an asshole like that...Depending on whom you ask.

I think our record was around 4 weeks back in 2004 from Charley. 4 weeks of no power and no AC in the middle of a Florida summer was absolutely brutal. God bless y’all.

 

Nothing against Florida but it sucked working down there. I was born and bred in a nice dry climate. Every day down there we were drenched in sweat from sun up to sun down.

 

My first duty station was Fort Polk, LA.......never again. I'm not built for that kind of humidity either.

 

Yea when you can drink an entire case of water in a day and not piss once...

 

Here we are bout 4 in the morning still turning the lights on. Hot breakfast in a couple hours and then zzzzzzzzzzzzzz...........
