    Well they said that in the original announcement about it that it would all be free. Then all the crap came out with year one pass content and DLC like Division 1 had. Oh well, the game is outstanding compared to Division 1 so I'm still happy to pay more for it. The graphics alone blow Division 1's Snowdrop engine away.
