Not sure what alloy they used but I was unable to bend this back to 90 with normal tools (kept bouncing back to 80 degrees) Ended up putting in my press and took some torches to it. Worked like a charm

Y'all be careful what shop you take these boxes too.. @RaleighTaco took his to a shop who called and asked him which terminal was Positive and which Negative, I would think a shop would understand that if you check resistance(ohms) between the terminals and the fuses that you could quickly and accurately know that. The terminal on the Fuse side of the box is the Positive terminal for those DIY that may not have a meter.

I havent really looked into these a whole bunch. Are there any mounting options for the passengers side? The Pelfrybilt tray on the drivers side seems like its huge and takes up a lot of room

 

Unless you want to wait a while then now is the time. Check out what others are using them for and how they mounted them. You can always make a custom mount instead of buying one. I made mine from some metal I picked up at Lowes, bent it with a hammer, and cut out the hole with a Dremel.

 

So current list is at 9. Are you still making them in batches of 5, or have you gone to 10?

 

I like to keep them in small batches, sometimes it's hard to get to 5 people and other times there's more demand. 10 is a good number to cut it off at before I take more money and have to commit more time for another batch.

One quick question, how do the 10ga leads work? $5 each? How many do people usually get - seems only an air comp. and maybe a small 300W inverter would need that

Bam, there you go! Yea $5 each and you're right an air compressor or other medium sized amp draw accessory on the 10ga leads. Some people have asked to do all 10ga leads for leds and other small accessories which I have declined as it's not necessary at the length of wires used in our trucks. I'll send you a PM in a min, Chrome wants to restart for an update.
