    You're correct. Increases braking force to the rear axle as the load in the bed increases.

    Makes you wonder what it does with all of these Tacomas running around with pooched rear leaves. :laugh:

    I was lucky there; mine sat dead level unless I had a load in the bed.

    btw if you ever intend on lifting the rear of your truck, you'll want to get a brake proportioning valve relocation bracket from BAMF...raises the BPV up a little bit to accommodate the lift height and return your rear braking abilities back to normal.

    Keeping it in the stock location after lifting the rear throws off it's ability to properly sense load and brake accordingly. I didn't really notice it personally but it's good to do the BPV relocation for peace of mind.

    Mine looks pretty straight but the spring have a negative arch and that’s even with helpers on it!!
