Moar powar! Finished wiring switches for bed lights, 12V, and usb/voltage gauge. This weekend I'll run the wires back to the bed and install the six fuse panel in the cubby behind the cover.

Yea thats definitely wrong, lol I'm sure others have jumped on it and said something already. But I know that as long as you're not going over 62 mph, 4hi will engage. There's sometimes it may have an issue, that's when you'd need to stop, try again, or reverse for a few feet, or something along those line to actually get the gears to engage, I think someone posted a screenshot of that info in the manual somewhere a page or two ago.

Forgot to ask what size tank are you running for gas and how long has it lasted you through all these projects?

It’s easy. Just depends on ur painting skill level. I painted my shell also to match. It was a lot easier the then shell. Just need to take ur time and make sure the prep work is done correct. If u rush that the paint job will pay the price.

Finally installed a driveline carrier bearing drop kit. Should have done this when I first lifted my taco.

Pretty sure you can disable the belt chime. It was easy to do on my 2010.

    • Stock Wheel Hubs
    • Stock Air Intake with Filter
    • Easy Downs that I didn't like
    • Stock fog lights with bulbs
    • Devil Horns, polished Alum
    • Stock Upper Brake Light
    • Stock Accessory Nobs, with 4WD nob
    • Stock Radiator Cap
    • Stock Oil Fill Cap
I can send pics on any of these.

    Yep.
Easy, de-solder it from the board. It's black and round, 2 solder points on the face. Seat belt beep gone!

Forgot to circle it before sending, but it's the two pins about 1.5" to the right of the speedo IIRC.

Just lay everything on the garage floor and take one big picture and post it in the For Sale forum, then just add some random prices along with OBO. They'll sell eventually. It's crazy how the tiniest random things still get bought and sold here on Tacomaworld.

The Seat Belt beep can be done away with by using Toyota's software. There's all kinds mods you can make to your vehicle if you know what you're doing with a laptop and the software.

Looks really good man. Didnt look bad with the chrome either though. Silver is the only color chrome looks good on in my opinion.

What is this Toyota software? And are we (we, the general public) able to even get it? And how much is it? (I can't imagine they just give it away)
