I almost bought one for 1,800 to run as an autocross car but it was to ate up to pass tech inspection for scca so i had to pass on iy

 

Might not be a bad idea to think about hanging out there (shelter) later this afternoon. The storms are firing now

 

We live 12 miles north of brent down in the right hand lower corner. Ill make sure she stays aware and ill try and keep up with it on the road as well.

They seem to be in the heart of "Dixie Alley" I think it tracks north of them but I wouldn't chance it

 

I'm near the airport. It's pretty decent here for the moment.

Alright dudes, let's pick a date and try to do a meet up at Oak Mountain. A Saturday is probably best. Y'all wanna try something in late March? Early April?

April works better. But its always up to my work if i can or not

 

I think folks who wanted to camp certainly could. I'm thinking I may camp with my son Friday night and stick around for the meet and some hiking on Saturday. I could do a Sunday afternoon meet of that's better for everyone else though.

It looks like I'm about to buy an X5, for my daughter to start learning on.

 

I did for a while. Pita to get it up there without a lift but doable. I didnt mind it being there. Make sure you have bed supports.

 

Just keep it off stored somewhere like I do then. I dont keep mine on

You'll have more dollars in your pocket which supersede overlander points. We store ours in the spare bedroom on a furniture dolly.

 

Yeah, your numbers are gonna take a hit for sure. You could try adding more stickers to your windows to mitigate the damage, but IDK man, that's a tough one.
