Thanks to @snowsk8air2 i have the parts and a basic tool set. Now I have to wait until I get done here, about 8p before I can change it and head down the hill.

It was perfect timing that you asked and the right day of the week that I could spend a few min and run errands to help. Hopefully the parts swap goes quick and easy.

Good place to get an alternator rebuilt in Phoenix?

I have a BamaToy high output one and since it died on me, need to get it fixed.

    It is 4 years old.

He hasn’t been on TW since May of 2018.

Doesn’t list them on his company website.

I need to call his shop directly. He was having them made, so it shouldn’t be a big deal to go to someplace that fixes them locally, save the shipping cost.

Wow didn't know that. It's been a long time since I got that alternator from him. I should install it one year.

I had one 20 years ago but had to get rid of it because I couldn't afford the damn insurance! Turned 40 and my wife let me buy this one. I have always loved these cars and have wanted one every day since I got rid of my other one. 20161108_181743.jpg

Thanks man!! Believe me, you all will know it when I get to back it out of the garage finally!!! I dropped off my heater core assembly in Deer Valley today at Concept Z Performance. They are going to figure out how to either 3D print the broken arms from it or have them injection molded. That will be a good product for them I think since they are not available at all. Picked up the oil pan and some odds and ends while I was there. They are pretty awesome down there and I'm so thankful I have that resource for this car so close.

I prefer the look of the old but handling of modern hence the pro touring. Pump 600hp through it and have it handle like a modern sports car = dream build

I've always had a thing for the Silvias... S13 S14 and S15, would love to have one someday. Or a Mk3 Supra- love the look of those.

All I know is the next car I get it's gonna be blue damn it!

Good news from the PT tonight. He's gonna want me to do some light hiking again starting next month to get me used to walking on unstable surfaces again.
