If you're running the RTT on full time now on your rack, whats the difference between running it on a topper vs a cab height rack?

Wouldn't they both present similar lack of aerodynamics? Or is your concern more to the stress on the topper from the constant top load?

 

Oh gotcha. Based on your profile pic it almost looks like rack puts the RTT at a similar height as it would on a topper.

Any fiberglass topper is going to add 150lbs or more to your rig. I haven't the foggiest clue what an average rack weighs.

I am borrowing it from @Tacoturtle right now and giving it to @Kloverz158 tomorrow. We are both in Hall county but will need to return it. Barrow county is in between us and the rightful owner. Maybe you can get on the list.

 

Havent decide to lift or not lift, just trying to see if anybody close to me have it, or willing to sell it, so if I do lift I’ll have it ready and do everything all at once, thanks

Alright after chatting with wife we 100% set on Roam. The perks are just worth it that it all comes with and the upgrades like the sky lights and awning/overhang window. Plus talking to Roam customer service has been such a better experience than talking to anyone at CVT.
