    I don't know about Hayward, but I've done several surveys along the fault like in Parkfield, CA. It's the most seismically active area in the state. We went there eons about and did some post seismic ("after the main quake") LiDAR surveys of a bridge that literally straddles the fault line.

    There are hundreds of curbs, sidewalks, streets, etc... that are displaced from EQ's all over the place.

    My Honda has been treating me pretty good the last decade+. Every time it starts running like shit, I just pull the air filter and knock about a pound of grass clippings out of the filter and reinstall.

    EDIT: okay, technically the motor is a B&S...
