Good stuff. I actually took the Tacoma out mid blizzard and pushed north from springs to black forest and found some drifts that almost high centered. I always go out to help pull people from ditches or give rides to stranded people. Crazy enough most cars were abandoned and empty. Didnt help anyone.

In laws come to town tomorrow.

 

They didn't open it for your in-laws. They opened it for my daughter who "HAD to" go to Denver and stay the night at her cousins place. I told her about the impending "snow bomb", but nooooooo... "it won't be that bad." 2 days later lol...
Can't wait to hug and simultaneously smack her on her melon when she gets home!

Sorry for your loss of weekend. Hope it isn't any longer than a weekend...

Hopefully they aren't "outlaws" (my brother calls his in-laws outlaws, and hates them!), and essentially annoy and piss you off and be useless parental units....and the only good thing they have ever done, is married to you? Hopefully they are better than that.

 

Even worse, they own their own plane and LOVE to make surprise visits many many many times per year. Only good thing to come of it are the wife and kids.

 

That's great...It's nice that they love their grandchildren and all...but at the cost of your happiness. Hopefully you have "other things to do" that are productive to the home/family (to keep up the impression of a good husband, which is important to her parents, I'm sure), but that also get you away from boring conversations about their neighbors cat and other "oh yeah?" and "oh really" replies...

Looks like the weather might be cooperating this weekend you can maybe do outdoor projects ...lol

 

Not all bad, will blow up stumps this weekend on the ranch and bring in cows that are about to drop a calf.
