That is just one big rage -

Here is what I would do - start calling local media. Reach out to local media on twitter as well (if you aren't on it I'm sure someone in the immediate family is) and put in the basics of what happened and AAA is now shafting him. I guarantee if you get twitter bay area to start sounding off in large numbers, you'll see one of the local channels want to pick it up (KTVU or KPIX perhaps) and AAA is going to start changing their tone. Just what I would do.

Good luck bud and if it helps, tell the rep I'm not going to renew my policy and instead going with someone else (actually true - credit union has a good deal with liberty mutual so I'm switching) because they suck.

We are going to look into some options, hard to get clear information regarding notifications my brother received regarding cancellation, but hate how cut and dry they make it.

Glad your bro is okay and will recover! Fishhook is scary enough minus the seizure!

Hmmm...my truck's insurance is through AAA....maybe not for long depending on how they handle this.

Yeah for the first time in many years they really are dropping the ball. They sent me a letter notifying me of an $87 increase to my annual premium. Justified it as administration fees. I'll keep my roadside with them but dropping my insurance - not going to pay a premium for the AAA name and on top of that $87 more a year for admin fees.

    Pass.

Found the below description using that mothafucka Google. I am picking up steak for dinner and sending my wife a link to the wikepedia for my new favorite holiday.
My day just got good. Thanks @Fernando

Steak and Blowjob Day (sometimes Steak & BJ Dayor Steak and Knobber Day[1]) is a satirical holiday[2][3]created in the United States as a male response to Valentine's Day and celebrated a month later, on March 14.[4] On the day, women are purportedly supposed to cook a filet steak for, and perform fellatio on, a man in response to postcards, chocolateand flowers given by men on Valentine's Day.[5][6
