    yeah but you should have a 4x4 in the group just in case. It's a very remote trail for most of the trip except for the beginning and end and very little if any cell reception.

    oh yeah that too, lol. Mojave Rd in the summertime would be suicide IMO. Fuck that...April is as late as I would do it. We did it in early April in 2018 and it was getting hot during the day (90s). Summertime would be triple digits easily.

    I really wanna go to death valley next year. Most those trails are 2wd friendly. If you get stuck a wuick tug is all ya need lol

    yeah I really want to do death valley as well, haven't done it yet. I would prioritize that over Mojave Rd for my next multi-day trip personally but not until end of this year or early next.
