I just got into a small position at $15.90 this week. I read the transcript of the investor call and I am going to hang in there with Turtle Beach. The management team seems legit and it appears that they are expanding into PC accessories as well (with the acquisition of ROCCAT).

Looks like people are capitulating and it's driving it lower. Buy opportunity would be right about now.

That's the full chart since IPO. All time low was 5.35 opening day and then 5.62 a month later or so.

It's a super secret website that only the most sophisticated investors have access to. Or, it's just Yahoo Finance. You be the judge.

LOL, that sucks. I am still going to hang in there for a bit. The management team is strong and the future looks good. They may even be gobbled up by a larger company (hopefully at a higher price, hahaha).

When should you let go of a stock? I have a small investment in Plug and up 80% am I being greedy? What are some of your thoughts on when to let go

if it doesn't pay dividends and it's not getting enough positive coverage go ahead and be happy with the gains.

If they pay dividends and are a good and growing company, my goal is to never sell. Just keep getting paid and add as much more as possible.

Well doesn’t pay dividends but it’s been gaining since ownership. Seems up and coming but everything looks good when it’s gaining

You could sell enough that all that is left is house money, and let that sit and hope for the best. Remember, pigs get slaughtered!

    General question-
Going to talk to a investment broker this week- thinking of moving my non company managed retirement portfolio. What questions would you ask, what would you look for?

Reason to move #1 is the wife never understands what our current broker is saying
#2 any interaction over the years we have initiated- including portfolio changes. Definitely a set and forget it and us kind of adviser.

I have small ameritrade account I have set up to just get more familiar with the markets so I could look at doing it myself ...but not my first choice. I know that a good adviser can pay for themselves with their knowledge and singular focus on watching the market.

Question I would ask: Can you beat the returns of the S&P 500?

If the answer is yes, I would ask how he plans to do that.

If the answer is no, just put all of your money into a low cost S&P 500 index fund.

I would only suggest individual stocks if you are willing to put some work into it, learning, reading, etc. Another reason might be if you want dividends now as opposed to later.

If you just want to "tie" market returns, you can't do better than an S&P 500 index fund (SPY, VOO, or IVV).
