    Some people have gotten them out with a magnet. You wouldn't think there's iron, but apparently some do. Some people have used tape on a stick. If you use tape on a stick, you may end up with tape residue inside the light. Last resort, remove the light and shake it.

    I think the metal holders on your socket needs tweaking.

    I had the exact same thing happen to me. I removed the headlight assembly and was able to shake the bulb back out the hole. I than put electrical tape around the bulb housing to the plug itself so it could not happen again.

    Good idea! Now I just need to figure out where the two in the left headlight went. Drove into work, looked, nowhere to be seen inside the headlight.

    Got super lucky with mine. Used a small Shop Vac but it was right where you’ve shown.

    I should have thought of that, would have been way easier than removing the whole headlight assembly. What should have been a 5 minute job replacing the side marker lights turned into a 1 hour job.

    Same thing happened to me last time I changed mine. Ive been meaning to get one of the flexible magnets on a stick casue I couldnt get it with my normal one.
