also got a quick question for you, how long have your black badges been on and how well have they held up? have you needed to do any touch ups or repainting?

    None, a work in progress
The more I have seen of the black/black look, the more I do really like it. I will consider the debadged look when I take off a couple of them and can get a better look at what it would be like.

Hey guys, I have a white taco and will b blacking out my emblems as seen on these threads. In my opinion the black on white really looks badass. Now I have also ordered a grillecraft mesh grill and wasnt quite sure how to remove and prep my chrome grille surround. I want to paint it white but was looking for some tips on how to remove.. Any info is appreciated.
    Thanks

Paint badges black and color match the grill! Honestly, do whatever you want but that's what I did to my white Tacoma and I think it looks awesome.

can you post a pic of your grille up closer? and how did you go about painting your grille; do it yourself or have it professionally done?

I say color match the grill surround and paint the badges black.
