There ain’t fixing a engine block with holes in it

 

We put a 3rz and a 5 speed in it from a rotted out taco after the engine blew. My friend still has the truck.

Someone in my local offroading circle threw a rod through the side of a Jeep 4.0L. they dropped the pan and pulled everything they could from that cylinder, jb welded a patch over the hole, and drove it home

 

Needs a lift kit and big tires

 

And I get called a red neck for driving over my tailgate after backing into a tree?!? What does that make him?

I'd say it makes him pretty damn resourceful....unless he's still driving around that Jeep with a JB welded engine fix, then he's a redneck too

 

Would be like using ratchet straps to hold your suspension together if you had a control arm failure on a remote trail...clever and resourceful, unless you decide to just keep it on that way instead of fixing it when you get home. Then you might be a redneck

 

Amd dllas was at home when he fucked his tail gate and was at home when he ran over it to fix it. Soooooo

In my experience, these units are not the most accurate. Mostly depends on emissivity, but I wouldn't count on the readings for calibration purposes. The best use for these units is relative temps. For example, item A is 5 degrees warmer than item B. Again, the true temp of what you are seeing will not be very accurate.

Just as long as you match the rear gear ratio you’ll be fine. There’s a three digit gear code on your VIN sticker, I believe 4.10 is B03A
