Passed the Oregon DEQ today with OVtune 1.05, no problems.

F'd up. Reminds me of the Holiday Season where dirt bags buy new furniture to show off to relatives and friends and then return it after serving their "special meal." Yah, F'd up. Some people are real scum bags.

 

Unfortunately, the business policy is superseded when payment is made via credit card. The credit card companies put the purchaser ahead of the business when it comes to disputes.

 

Hey guys... not sure what the scuffle is all about. So I received the cable on Monday and went ahead and tuned for 87 Performance. I wanted to try a different tune and no matter what I try, I am constantly getting the "Unsuccessful" message. Anyone else having this issue? I can read the ECU, I just can't flash it. TIA

 

Connect to truck, click "CLEAR DTC" then try.

 

Agreed. Works great for the honest. Unfortunately the dishonest too. Need to fix that some how - PP friends or other ways to stop the rotten apple from their stealing habits.

Sounds like the best solution is:
1. Two separate transactions and Two disctinctly separate businesses One for the hardware and one for the software. Software not refundable once “opened.”
2. Terms of service required on FlashManager before downloading

 

None of this is required. All we are asking is please don't chargeback just because you haven't heard from us for 1 or 2 days. That's it.
Please be mindful that we have business hours and business days.

 

Ought to be able to “chargeback” your truck if it runs like a frickin’ stock Tacoma......

 

I know first hand how crazy payment processing issues can be. I only used PayPal but it screwed me in the long run. I was pulling over 140k a year through PayPal with eBay sales and all it took was a cordinated effort from a competitor and a few fake accounts for BS claims to lock everything for MONTHS and they eventually just sided with the accusers and I was banned even when I showed proof it was all BS. Sucks man. I know I was a PITA with waiting for my package but that was more an issue with UPS and me admitting being impatient because I was so excited.

 

These trucks stock don’t run like older gen stock Tacomas use to lol

 

I cant believe I took this long to buy this product! Went from stock to 91 performance tune, all I can say is "WOW!" The Tacoma feels alive! Really great Product Matt, Thanks Again!

 

Well it worked once, now I can't get it to work again. I'll try again tomorrow.

 

You might have to include those business hours and days in your email auto responses
