HWY 138 Cleghorn Run - 3/16/19

With the glorious weather we're now having, I'm going to enjoy a nice St. Patty's weekend run up in Cleghorn tomorrow. Any and all are welcome.

Gameplan: meet at 2N47 staging area around 9. Hit the trail by 9:30 and have a good time. Depending on how long we want to play with obstacles/hang out in the scenic spots, I'd expect a 2-3 hour run estimate (maybe more depending on how many people join).

Wish I could.... I have to put in some overtime tomorrow and my truck isn't trail ready. Not even for just the fire road.

PT, abduction/adduction, hot/cold treatments are all your friends man

 

True story, PT is the only reason I can walk again! Sucked hard doing it but it def helped.

 

Never done a day of PT for my back or shoulder.... my job is my pt

 

Can we plan one for April? I’m in the OC area and haven’t hit up Cleghorn yet. I’d be all for it in April, March is swamped for me.

 

Happy to do the run multiple times. I love this trail and hit it every few months or so!
