Yeah, we're doing small mosaic style just like the floor Marty put in. I would never put a full size tile on the pan, that's how we do people break a hip

I like the craftsmanship of how the old undermount sinks were attached to the old counters o_O

I have at least 4. I didn't get to the wood shed so there's a possibility that there are even more stashed away; my grandpa was a little bit of a hoarder :burp:

They're all in WA right now but I will hopefully be going out this summer or fall to bring a bunch of stuff back.

    What haven’t I changed?
That is the best and worst part of home improvement - finding other peoples' fuckups and having to fix it right. I moved into my rental in Longmont last week and am already finding all sorts of problems. I guess the silver lining is that anything I spend on improvements here is tax-deductible for now.

I posted this on the trading post page but I figure I'll double down. Goal is to have the twins work on their on matching 91 4runners this summer.
So anybody have lift components for a 1991 4runner? I'm picking up the 2nd tonight for one of my daughters and want to start acquiring items to turn it into a mild offroad rig.

Shout out and big thank you to @ajpagosa

Thanks for helping me out with the 5160 left rear relocation kit! Have to get home and hope the weather is nice enough to put in some garage time.

Thanks again for sharing the TW assistance.

Should I try and get insurance to replace all 4 tires over this gouge in the sidewall? E rated tire, doesn’t go down to the cords but it is pretty deep. Tire shop doesn’t recommend only replacing the single tire because a new tire will be 5/32” bigger. Or should I just get some rubber repair glue and slap some in the gouge.
