Just found a torn CV boot. Looks like when I adjusted my bullshit (procunt) coilovers I raised them too much. This is my fault of course. Must of torn when I was pushing my truck pretty hard recently off road. It's not spewing and I think I can ductape the side it separated (inner side) for now and go pick up a boot rebuild kit. Well this weirdly has turned into me saying fuck it and I'm about to order kings 2.5 with TC UCA ...I was going to go up to Billy 6112s as a intermediate setup before going to kings .. but again I'm going to say fuck it and go straight to kings ...

Question - Is the extra 300 worth it for the aDjusters? Do you all have them and use them?

Any other input before this humungous purchase? Seems TC is the best from my research. Camburg being second.

Time to go big or the fuck home and get this procunt off my rig.

Also. Some of you may remember my work issue. Was in management and essentially got demoted for not being at my branch after a total of 6 month leave for my back surgeries. Well, I got a job offer for the position again under a new manager. I'm thinking its a go. I was originally assigned to WSAC (10 min commute), then Davis (25ish min commute) , now it would be Winters (40 min commute) (I live in south sac). $2.15 more an hour and the title? right now I work for a cunt of a boss lady. but its an easy ass job. I'm thinking, by a Prius and take the job? or a motorcycle :)

    3. 2. 1 go

Title alone on the resume is worth it for your career. Future employers look at promotions and titles not the amount you were paid. Do it.

Moto is a great way to commute, cheap, good gas mileage, split through traffic. Keep up on maintenance, get some good gear for all weather occasions. Patience is required, lot of nut jobs commuting.

I got compression adjusters and I use them and in my opinion they are totally worth it. I wish compression adjusters were electronic so instead of getting out and manually turning the knob and counting the clicks, you could just sit in your truck and press the button and be done....and I want to win the mega millions lottery as well...so you see where that is going.
Having said that, I got #700 coils and removed the sway bar. So, when I go to Pismo or off road, I turn them to softest setting and before getting on freeway change them to desired stiffness so I have better control on a freeway. Would I do it again if I have to do it all over again? hell yeah I would.

2nd on the Moto for commuting.
    You had one before, correct?
Make sure you get really good gear. My gear saved my life last year. Get really good insurance. Especially under/un insured motorist coverage.

Actually really think twice about this one. I’m all for commuting by bike except when the person is a parent. And you tend to hammer down. That will get you killed real quick on a bike.
