Need help with fuse box -

I bought my '06 Taco wrecked - I am still trying to fix a few small things - (see pic)

one is - the Fuse and relay box Lower cover has the bracket bent (see lower area of picture next to the fender)
I have the upper cover, but it will not fit since the bracket is bent, it will not fit on the cover.
Is this fix as simple as removing the fuse and relay box and straightening the bracket - or do I need to look for another lower cover?

one other issue is the small box that should hang off the back of the lower cover (hanging loose in the pic) - can anyone tell me what this is or a part number so I can get one?

Is that the original fuse box ? Looks like a TRD Off Road fuse box to me, I think that small box is for the e-locker. Lower box part number is : 82663‑04010, gonna cost you about $65. The two main fuses at the top left of the pic, what amps are those ?

 

the two main fuses at the top - the blue one is 100A, the red/purple one is 140A
All I know is that this box was in the truck when I got it (and when it was hit - obviously) - It was hit on this side - had to get a new fender and headlight.
The truck is an '06 PreRunner SR5 TRD Sport Double Cab, but since it is 5 years old something could have been replaced before the accident.
What is the difference between the Off Road Fuse box and others?
I am just trying to get the fuses covered.

A 140 amp fuse would mean you have the tow package, 120 amp without. Does your truck have the factory hitch ? Later I'm gonna give you a link to a part diagram site that you will find helpful.

 

Yes - I have the factory hitch - and the wiring harness that plugs into the back was in the glovebox.

If I took the lower fuse cover off, would that side bracket bend back? At least I know now I would need another truck with a tow package if I bought something froma junkyard.

You won't need the e-locker if you have a TRD Sport, to make sure take a look at your rear diff fill plug you should see a sticker that says "LSD Oil Only". The fuse box is three separate pieces with the bracket being a part of the lower case, you then have the piece with the fuses and relays (held in by little side clips in the lower case), then you have the cover. You just need to lift out the piece with the fuses and relays and then replace the lower case.

 

^^Sorry, my bad. I thought it was the relay for the e-locker.
