Yes, of course. It was just a lot of detail :)

Lets see if I figured it out...
    - $80 (Solid 6061-T6511 Aluminum)
    - $15 - Top engrave (6 speed shift pattern)
    - $25 - Delrin ring mounted
    - $25 - 360 degree "knurling" effect
    - $0 - Border grooves
    - $0 - V2 connection
    - $9.30 - Shipping

    Total you're asking is $154.30?

Yup, that is correct ... plus PayPal fees if you use that service. That price is good for Venmo, though. I would just need to know collar material preference.

The weight is only a few grams different between V1 and V2, and I am actually beginning to phase the V1 MT out since most are going V2 now.

I recently updated the OP to only offer V1 MT with a Delrin connection due to it being safer for the OEM collar. I may just take it off completely though, haven't decided yet.

Very nice description...ive always said I enjoy the process shots.

Back in the day, he used to share shots of the turns and such...

Perhaps sharing the moment of seminal fluid is a bit TMI.

    Carry on.

It really just takes me this long to get a picture that doesn't look like absolute shit, haha.

I see that I’m one of the only knobs on the list that didn’t opt for the knurling effect now I’m wondering what I’m missing. Anyone have any pictures of the knurled effect on an aluminum knob?

And how would this affect potentially wanting to get the knob cerakoted?

As long as the person performing the cerakote preps the surfaces properly there should be no issue. Sandblast everything but the threads, give it a bath in MEK ... good to go.

A day late, but I haven't forgotten about the weekly update.

Had to remake #1, because apparently I went into autopilot and turned it down to accept a Delrin ring. Oops!

I also stripped a compound bolt on the lathe and ended up making whole new t-nut system for it. Also broke my LED lamp and had to replace that. Minor stuff I guess, can't complain too much.
