    Hi TW,

    Customer purchased A/C Vent Rings, Interior Foam Inserts and Raised Glovebox Inserts. All items are from TufSkinz which are not only products of excellent quality but we have never received any complaints. Ironically enough, TufSkinz is based out of Florida where the Florida heat has not created any issues with their own vehicles. Tufskinz products are not only designed but also manufactured in Central Florida. They are not crappy Chinese products as some insinuated.

    These items use 3M automotive grade adhesive, same as the OEM badges used on the Tacoma doors so if applied correctly there are no issues. Customers need to follow the instructions provided to make sure they adhere correctly.

    Below you will see how the items are shipped and how we received the return from the customer. It is very hard to help a customer when we receive a return in this condition. Our policy states that used items may not be returned. If the item did not stick well once applied, the customer could have put them back on the backing plate and asked for a warranty replacement or at least send them back in a better condition than what is pictured below.

    This case has been escalated to upper management and someone will be contacting you with more information.

    That's honestly how I'd ship something back. I don't save all the packaging and what not when I buy something. It looks better than how I invisioned it. I imagined it being all torn and shredded

    This only raises the question of why was the customer allowed to return the product and presumptively waste more of their money on shipping costs to begin with if used items can’t be returned?
