TACOMABEAST= terrible customer service

What is the address of TacomaBeast and can we have a member near them go buy this weekend and leave them a note... a brick note through a window maybe! Just Kidding!

 

Yes, I did not save the original packaging as it was ruined upon opening and I did not think it was needed but I packaged the returned products nicely and placed them in a ziplock bag then in a padded envelope. Tacoma Beast obviously staged that photo to make it look worse. As you can clearly see the orange color of the products don't even match each other nor match the OEM Toyota Inferno color. My main issue was that they did not properly adhere to my plastic interior surfaces. I thoroughly cleaned the surfaces with rubbing alcohol and let dry before application. I have successfully applied dash kits, large vinyl and similar items countless times over my lifetime without issue. Putting on a sticker is not rocket science. I did not expect them to try to resell these products. Why was I granted a return authorization if they don't accept used products? They made me pay for shipping twice. If they would have simply denied the return in the first place I would have been disappointed but accepted it. Tacoma beast never tried to work with me or respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. They never offered to replace the items or work anything at all out with me. I do know sometimes things bought don't live up to expectations and you lose out. The poor customer service was the issue that bothered me most. I will not be a returning customer.

Paypal sided with me and refunded my money today.

Trying to get back at an individual poster on a $20 item is hands down the dumbest thing I’ve seen.

On the other hand...a post of “we’ve made a mistake in not allowing this return, please accept a new item and we look forward to changing the image of our products and customer service” would pay for itself 10 fold. Hire a PR consultant TB.

 

Nobody likes having buyers remorse. I never feel good about returning items I’ve purchased and try not to do it often. It just gives me anxiety no matter how trivial the item. Somehow I just feel bad about this whole thing. I’m sure tacomabeast has many satisfied customers or they wouldn’t be in business. I was just sharing my experience.

 

What does it matter? Are you gonna resell them after he put them on??

How shitty, how much could a few fucking stickers cost a company. They should’ve sent new ones period and at that point said that if the new stuff didn’t work, then send it back for a refund. Dimes to dollars, how do these companies stay in business

 

Don't need to hire a PR guy, need to understand customer service. All I see here is the typical "passive income drop ship bro" story that's rampant in online retail right now.

Lol, advertises 100% money back guarantee, easy returns, quick and hassle free... fullfills none of those. All over a $50 order, sticker probably cost them $5.

My feeling is that if it cost $1 or $1,000 dollars for an item and it falls of my Tacoma unexpectedly in 2 days.....
