    Edit: traditionally it's a gen 3 19, surefire x300u light, Trijicon rmr, kkm barrel and I don't remember the comp model

    Technically gen 3s are Roland specials, but any glock 19 with red dot, light and compensator is a Roland special

    Generally yes. It requires more gas pressure to work properly, so 124 grain NATO spec ammo or +p works best. It'll prevent muzzle rise and allow faster follow-up shots with trained shooters. It'll also reduce felt recoil, depending on the compensator
