My hands were washed prior to install and I did not handle the sticky side with oily fingerprints. A new truck interior may have fresh plastic mold release agents that need further off gassing before things stick well to them even after cleaning combined with a dark gray truck sitting all day in 85 degree direct sunlight all day making the interior very hot. All of the items that didn’t fall off themselves easily came off my interior with no trouble at all and left no residue behind. Anyone who has debadged a logo or flossed off an emblem from their vehicle knows that the gray 3m goo left behind is a bear to remove. I had none of that left in my interior to clean up afterwards.

This response absolutely infuriates me. Are you freaking kidding? Why would you even give two craps about how a used stick-on is returned??? If it was pulled off the backing and the customer attempted to use it, it’s going in the trash. The only purpose in returning it to you is to (a) allow you to see what is wrong with it and (b) prevent fraudulent warranty claims. No one on this forum or anywhere in the sane world is going to sympathize with your complaint that a USED and allegedly defective product was not returned exactly as it was shipped. You must be out of your mind.

Also, to reject the customer’s claim the the product did not adhere properly because it’s from a high-quality vendor and made with 3M? Well, high quality companies produce defective products sometimes for all kinds of reasons.

I and probably everyone else on this site just observed your customer service practices and you’ve done a great job of ensuring anyone would think twice before purchasing from you. Very similar to KB Voodoo. Word of advice. Apologize to customer. Accept return with no restocking fee or send a free replacement. Report the issue to the vendor and seek a solution from them. Move on. That’s how good companies handle situations like this.

When you made it, none of that stuff matters. By the looks of his pages, he made it

Jk - what a horrible representation of your company. Wonder what his back up business is when this flops if it hasn't already

Holy shit, did you really just create this account to complain about a customer returning some stickers? If you send a defective product out you wouldn't send a replacement back? This is your big-brain response?

Pretty ironic the idiot at tacomabeast created an account this week, and of all things shits on a customer. I mean if you are going to kill your business might as well go big.
