Couldn't stand being stuck in the house anymore so I decided to get out to the garage and put a dent in my mod backlog.

I used a double layer of cap foam with the tacos profiled side bed caps and filled in the slots on the front wall just to the right of the bed side and used a tailgate seal, not perfect but WAY BETTER and keeps the dust down to a minimum also

    Good luck

I use a new wooden broom stick cut off the metal threaded head sanded and wrapped in white duct tape, works really well, my buddy north of me installed a rear window defroster, thing works like hot butter. He’s not on TW but he needs to be.

New tires! Discount gave me $300 for the stock Goodyears with 2200k on them. Out the door for these Cooper ATPs SL265/75r16 for $414 and there's a 30$ mail in rebate. Ride feels a bit rougher but I need to play with the air pressure.

Finally got my auto vent shades, pro grill and tacoma inlays installed. Debadged the truck and got rid of all the exterior chrome. Not much else on the list but tint, wheels and tires. Would like to do a 3” lift but haven’t decided yet.

    ARE CX camper shell
    ARB awning
    Toyota bed mat
    Console tray
    AVS vent shades
    Debadged
    TRD Pro grill
    Matte black tailgate inlays
    Mud guards

Followed the instructions in the "custom steering wheel logo" thread to remove the airbag and gain access to the back of the logo. The logo has posts that push through the airbag cover and then are melted in the back. I used side cutters to remove the flashing and let the logo be removed from the front. Painted and reinstalled. I used a soldering iron to melt what was left of the posts to hold it in place. Should be pretty easy to understand once you see it in person.

Washed the pollen off and Replaced the Center Caps With OEM TRD Caps.
Also received the Rear Diff Breather Parts From State 48. The Step Bit isn’t included. Looks to be a good kit and different from the one I had on my ‘14. Will try to get to installing it over my next series of days off

What I did today was finish and install my prototype seat risers. New ones cut more precise than the prototypes. Note these are contour cut to match seat anchor brackets. Very happy with seat height. It was a good day. Ad coming very soon.

The headlight cutoffs. They never did a review of them yet. But I just noticed you only ordered them, not installed.

The condensate line drips right over a frame memeber, it will depend on where you live if the moisture affects the frame but why wait

a 2’ piece of 3/4 hose, a clamp, one zip tie and it’s the best 10$ you’ll spend in a while unless
you live near a strip club
