There’s a guy in my gym that just had his done. He’s out about 6 months before he can really get back to lifting

I’m still learning how to target certain muscle groups and growth vs tone and alllll that. I don’t want to be the douche that works out shirtless but when the gym is empty , it’s fun to mess around some and see what muscles flex when doing certain excersizes. It’s fun to watch your body move and actually see the results you work so hard to get.

Went to bed 222.4 last night, woke up 218.2... Them night time loss of gains... RIP lol. The 222 was after my "cheat" meal... Fat burger, fries, pretzels with cheese, and slice of cheesecake from the cheesecake factory... Fuck was I full

Anyone else do shift work at a camp?

Got switched from 8x6 10 hour days to 7x7 12s and it’s been kicking my ass. I basically hike all day for work and by the time I’m off I’m ready to sleep. Dragging myself to the gym for a half ass work out is a serious struggle.

Not to mention the endless shitty camp food :ballchain:
