    Yes been eying it. I assume 2nd and 3rd gen beds are the same for things like that.

    I know caps wont work but idk about that. It usually comes down to lining up with the bulbous tailgates on 3rd gens. Don't think this would be much of an issue on a soft topper though.

    Makes sense. I thought the composite bed shell and rails are all the same. Dimensions should be the same. Could always check with softtopper. Looked like a potential option to save $300. Not really ready to buy one yet.

    Rails are slightly different heights actually. width and inside lengths are the same. Id say if you're serious go see if it'll fit. Sure the guy would let you test fit.
