It's greenhouse week too. Too many I have collected, too many. They come out, I have to attend to them all, and do the conversions. And the front yard, the Gas guys will bring me grass and lay it down. If I want it to look close, I am sure I will be helping. I am contributing the soil, because they are providing grass for 2X the area they worked - where the stump was.

I just want some sunshine! I have SAD this winter, because I don't go to work....

My step dad and little brother came by today, they were in South Austin picking up my brother’s car and figured they could drop off some weathertech mats for the wife’s truck. I took my brother for a quick run around the neighborhood in his Subaru and the sheriff decided he wanted to show us the pretty lights on his car and have a conversation about cars. Handed the deputy my license and LTC, got off with a warning. Too much fun!

Yeah, that happens. I got pulled over in the work vehicle, presented both licenses, was asked by a Texas state trooper...Your employer doesn't let you carry? Some of the places ya'll have to go? You can't carry?...yeah, he was kinda pissed that I wasn't carrying. kinda odd, but true. When it comes to honest folks with a CHL or LTC, which ever way you see it, it's a different world.

Got pulled over Thursday night in the bucket. Got a hard time from the city cop until he ran my license then pof... he was all nice and said it was my lucky day and left.

Not sure what happen, but.. I will take it. Beats the hell out tickets, and the hassles at work

Luckily he didn’t see me hitting the corners in a construction site at 45 mph. I would have been ticketed and fired from my job. They have a policy that you lose your job if you’re ticket says more than 15 over posted limits.

 

Yup. And they all out looking for people doing all the shootings!
