I love these lights. You guys have a solid product, I will be purchasing many more of your lights. I was on the fence. Very happy that I got them. Worth every penny. Squadron r sports amber fogs.

You know when I first started looking at LED lights I saw Baja and thought "wow they really have a racket going fleecing people for some shitty LEDs..."

Funny now that I refuse to put anything but BD lights on my truck because I actually did a little more research into what makes them worth it.

Quick product question @Baja Designs , what are the mounting dimensions and/or overall dimensions of your rock lights? Usually there is some little mini schematic you put out but I can't find it for the life of me.

Also, is there the option to have the wiring come out directly from the rear of the housing??

The reason I am asking is I just got a set of bumper caps with holes for backup sensors:
    IMG_2239.jpg

But... my truck doesn't have backup sensors! I was thinking maybe potentially figure out a way to mount a little BD rock light on there, rather than fashion up some sort of blanking plug...

The overall dimensions for the Rock Lights are 2.7 x 1.2" x .45". I don't have the mounting hole spacing but I'll get that posted sometime tomorrow when we are back in the shop.

We don't have the option for the wiring to exit the rear of the housing. The wiring exits the side of the housing and will require a small hole to tuck the wiring behind the bumper. Depending on mounting, you might be able to hide most of the wiring.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

    4 cummins trucks!
Not a Toyota owner but I love BD lights and this is a great discussion so I joined. I currently have

    -40” onx6 hi power
    -20” onx6 hi power
    -4 LP9 pros
    -4 squadron pros

All of which are great lights. I have 2 other trucks to outfit and they’ll both be getting 4 squadron pros and a bar or LP9s

I see the onx6 hi power bars have been replaced with the onx6 plus series which claim to be brighter but on paper my hi power series are brighter. Care to elaborate? Trying to decide wether I should pick up another hi power NOS or get a plus. I’m really not crazy about a technologically advanced light bar to be honest as all my trucks are diesel and won’t have issues powering lights.

Baja Designs, I'm installing the S2 Sport Wide Cornering backup kit today and reading through the installation instructions, it appears that the kit (or at least the instructions) is for front fog lights. It did come with the extension for reaching the rear and the toggle switch, but the instructions say to wire the yellow/black harness to the high beams to trigger the relay. I'm assuming I would just wire these to the Toyota backup light circuit? Clarification would be great, thanks for the help!

The OnX6+ does offer slightly higher performance compared to the OnX6 Hi-Power:

    OnX6+ | 12,460 Lumens per 10"
    OnX6 Hi-Power | 11,650 Lumens per 10"

You will be happy with either option as performance is very similar or close to identical. If you don't need the BMT, then a NOS Hi-Power is definitely a good option for you.

Sorry about the poor information on the instructions. Instead of the high beams, that wire needs to run into the reverse light wire or backup circuit. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of the best location for tapping into the wiring.
