    I just put myself in the customers position and act how I would want the outcome to be. The coin goof was a big learning lesson(and more to come I can guarantee it) but only thing you can do is chalk it up, make it right, and keep on keepin’ on.

    I said I appreciate that - I also said I understand where the vendor is coming from - but let's keep in mind he appears to be a minority if not the only to have problems.
    And that said- I said the vendor should give him a 2nd set at no charge in good will. After that he's on his own per the return policy.

    To me using the internet forums to bitch is a last resort - after you've gotten horrible service. Which it looks like he may have gotten with the long response time.

    If they can't respond in a timely manner might be time to work a McDonalds or do something else.

    The company return policy is written in stone - deal with it OP.

    TB is breaking rocks all day just to make a living.

    OP is using this as a stepping stone to starting his own sticker company I know it.

    The Big Sticker Lobby will not let this deter them.

    Once again, this is not a “return” issue. Returns are for folks who changed their mind, and want to return the unopened product.

    This is a defective product / warranty issue. I have never seen a company charge a restocking fee for a defect/warranty type of return. The whole point is that it’s the seller’s fault at this point, not the buyer. If the product truly is defective, that is.

    I order a AJT key fob from tacomabeast !l order a day or two before New Years i Ordered The blue that matched voodoo blue with black screws! Well they sent me wrong color black case with blue screws I tried getting hold them for 2 weeks nothing then I’m like I’m just go to send AJT a email and tell them what happen and guess what not 10 min after I get a email from AJT tacomabeast sends me a email telling me to return to them I have to pay shipping and return fee lol

    I would ship the crap back with tracking and do a chargeback - Let TacomaBeast spend way more than $30 of his time dealing my credit card company. Suck it. That’s how it would go down if they weren’t responding. Hell - I can’t even walk into a Panera or Chipotle and sit down at a clean table - What makes us think these aholes are going to serve us well? And if his crew is defacing parks what kind of judgement does he have to begin with?
