    We had a tailgate at a baseball game. I brought 3 fryers and deep fried 2 turkeys(before the game 1430FFE2-3D95-4F6E-8BF9-2B9A3E60EE8B.jpg and transferred the birds in a cooler lined with blankets and foil. Deep fried pb&j’s, Mac and cheese balls, riper dogs(deep fried hot dogs),
    corn brats(breaded bratwurst), bacon wrapped tater tots on a skewer..... many other things.

    Anyone got some ideas to add to our list for Deep Fried Palooza 2

    Gotta serve 45 people...

    Made up some buffalo sauce and poured it over the last of my extra thanksgiving turkey... Ill crisp the skin up when I get in from work tomorrow.

    Oh it was one of those little of this little of that deals more or less.
    I melted a half stick of butter and minced a clove a garlic and let it just start bubbling then started dashing some Kroger brand hot sauce in and a very small pinch of crushed Tabasco pepper flakes and a splash of dales and let all that simmer a few mins... I tasted alot along the way and got the wife to weigh in too. Hopefully we will have a couple good pounds of turkey around 5 tomorrow
