The 2nd gen Tacomas have them behind the cab between the bed, at least the double cabs do. I noticed it on mine when running my backup camera wire.

    Are floor mats a mod?
Assume you have. Shovel and tarp in car as well?

I’ve heard there’s some weirdo that does them in his garage. Jimbo Slice?

Front or rears? If rears I bet you need new shafts. They take a beating on the 120/150 chassis.

Finally decided to stop "wanting" to modify my x-mount to "actually" modifying it. Well, not much of a "modification" to the x-mount, just pulling off the center disk.

I ordered this Anker wireless charger:
    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DBX67NC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Pulled the rubbery backing material off and used heavy duty mounting tape to attach it to the center of the x-mount. A short USB cord later, and I've got wireless charging of the iPhone X!

I think I have that same charger at work, i figured there wouldn’t be enough clearance to grip the phone securely. Going to have to try that tomorrow

The rubber backing on the charger has to come off, it's fairly thick, as well as the preventing the mounting tape from sticking very well.

Also, I run UAG cases, which are a bit thicker than some, but not as beefy as others.

Hey guys, how would my ride be if I paired icon omega bypass shocks w/RR in back with my Kings w/RR up front? Not sure what to expect with running progressive up front, digressive in back. Found a guy selling a set of those omegas for half the price of retail with about 10k miles on them.

The Omega's are adjustable for both rebound and compression so Im sure you can dial them into a nice ride if the price is good.

Might just take a bit of playing around to get it dialed in but if the price is right they are nice shocks

Very common for all shock brands for the chassis. Take a look under the rear, the shocks are off the front of the axle and get dusted constantly from the front tires. The same thing with the Passenger shock on 2nd and 3rd gen Tacoma's.

Interesting. I have BP-51s with the gravel shield in place. Will that make any difference? And you're referring to pitting on the shaft from debris hitting it?
