Yeah it’s working fine, those rivets are just too long for the material.

You don't know how many times I've winced over this exact thing haha. Lots of people do it, I guess Cavalry is like aluminum or nuclear in that way.

Looks like you need to layer up on it a bit more, inside the spoke walls. How many coats did you end up doing? I just brass monkey'ed mine (plasti dip) and was able to peel off the tire side walls with no problem. I did 3 heavy coats. The all black wheel looks great on the cement colored truck!

Installed the 12voltsolutions auto start yesterday in like 15 minutes. That is saying something bc I am not handy at all. Now I just need to get that dang kick panel clipped back in. It is giving me a complex knowing it isn't back in place. Also removed the predator steps. Selling them and my oem bed cover to get some sliders.

@bgreyc and @Tacoma1845 , I am happy to report that on my 24 mile drive to work, 20+ miles using the TSS with plastidiped garnish, I ran it though several intentional tests in traffic at different speeds ( 15 Freeway North of Escondido and Gopher Canyon Rd. as well as on Gopher Canyon Rd ) and it worked flawlessly without any issues. I can't speak for the bug I found splattered on the newly covered garnish though.

    A few MOD's
Update: I bought the OPT7 remote control for my AUXBEAM light bar and it would not work without constant power to it, now it is stuck on strobe mode and cannot be turned off with the remote and I have disconnected it all together, waiting on OPT7 TECH support to get back to me is like slamming my finger in a car door. Not happy at all with the purchase.

Plastidipping the garnish did not affect the TSS as it worked flawlessly without any errors.

I bought one for wife for xmas for her Ford. Simple install. Would not program. They sent a different one. Same issue. Glad it works good on the Taco.
