It's an Evil Calling. Coil front and back. Tires are 2.35 Magic Mary up front and 2.35 DHR2 in the back.

Yeah, the overgrowth is no joke right now. I almost ate shit in spectacular fashion when my front wheel slipped into a death rut that was concealed by the weeds at a pretty high rate of speed. And I don’t even want to think about snakes.

Unfortunately, after loading up the truck, no ride. The 6 year old wanted the skate park instead. I think he feels he is too cool to ride with his old man.

It's snug, but they both fit. Nothing beats my Thule T2, but I cobbled together this together using older racks going back several cars.

First, love the color and the bike.
Second, love the roof rack, want!
Third, WTF is going on with your cables?! My OCD is going bezerk. You got your brake lines going the right way, but your shifter/dropper is swapped. Why?

    Hahaha. Damnit. Someone noticed.
I literally fucked up putting it back together. It was late at night. Drank lots of beer with a couple buddies and didn’t even notice it until like a mile into my ride today.

Edit: actually it was like that from the get go. I looked back on a pic. Apparently someone fucked it up from the start I guess and just noticed it earlier today.
I’ll have to fix this now ASAP. Haha

Is that Big Creek? That's a neat trail system in the middle of town. We come down from Tennessee every year and race the Quick Six

It was great news when the tennis court fiasco was laid to rest

Oh, lol. I just thought you had a reason... I have ocd when it comes to cable routing, and some people run their brakes moto style (reverse from bikes) which is what I first thought.
    Anyways, the bike looks killer.
    Is the rack Prinsu?

Yeah I wasn’t OCD about it until I noticed it today randomly. Haha.
Probably because it had always been that way before and factory so I didn’t think anything about it but now after I took it completely apart myself and put it back together I started noticing more stuff and now it’s bothering me too. Haha. (I’m not a bike mechanic, I just ride it and support the small local shop by taking it there to be fixed usually.)

Yeah Prinsu. Haven’t decided if I’m going to trim it or take it off and sell it before June when I go to Montana to pickup my Go Fast Camper.

I'd love to see the bike mounts on the inside of your bed on this one? I am wanting to do this and want to see how you have yours mounted.

I'm really looking at a Fruita trip in April with a friend from NY, but I may just sneak out there this weekend.

Guthrie and Go-ride both do demo rentals.

Park at Popperton park and hit Dry Creek to Bobsled. You could also roll down to Eagle Mountain.

Early June is gonna be a coin toss for a lot of the better SLC area riding because of the good snow we had this winter.
