Not just that. He thinks he's gonna float on by. By just welding. That's why he wasn't here sat for the Install. He'd just stand there and have to hold his had step by step

Hartwell has something for everybody. My dad and I crappie fish starting in the early spring until their spawn ends. After their spawn, we usually switch over to Striper and Hybrid until the summer heat moves in. This is the highest the lake has been in several years since its been Monsoon season. The Corp of Engineers usually draws it down significantly during the winter.

Some people are only single-taskers...found that out a long time ago. People are lazy and only want to do the same thing over and over. Lots of people do not want to learn new stuff or challenge themselves to do something outside of their comfort zone.

I have a couple guys who freak out when I give them a task or a project that is outside of their "normal" scope of work.

I've got a mini fridge that took a dump last nite. Had a good sizeable chunk of ice in the very small freezer portion.

    Had it maybe 6 yrs.
Do these things just stop running? Is it worth trying to fix, maybe Freon or something.

Or just toss it and get another?

Probably needs a new start relay...you can find them for dirt cheap on ebay or Amazon.

We had one at my old job that crapped out. Told them I would "scrap" it...took it home and put in a new $4 relay, been working ever since.

Nick shitty attitude and work ethic is not overshadowed by his welding. you need someone that wants to be a lot more then just a good welder. You're still too small to be compartmentalized like that. I'd take a slower welder with a better attitude any day. In a company like yours people should want to be everything, be excited to be there and excited to grow with the company. Not just excited to get paid and go home.

Just my 2cents. And now I'll disappear from the thread for at least 3 months as usual.

$50 per rig for the weekend

Also we can't rent exclusively. There may be others that come also. This mostly insures we'll be open and set for your group.
Also the weekend starts Friday afternoon through Sunday. There's no extra charge for people, camping, or facilities.

There is an extra charge for these if you're interested.
We have 5 power and water RV spots. One primitive river cabin, and a 4 person bunkhouse.

The trails never close, you can ride all night if you want but we do have a noise restriction, and rock bouncers are only ok if driven gingerly. They have been our only problem here.
