OME/ARB's have that plastic shield just the keep the shafts from getting pitted and chipped which takes out the seals.

Rears. Don’t have many miles on them and it’s just the driver side that needs done.

If you jump on the GXOR page on FB (yuck) there are a few dealers the might be able to warranty a failed shock. Check with Kyle Fogle

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.

I ended up making a shield for my Kings out of thick rubber for this same reason. After only a few hundred miles on logging roads the shafts were starting to get some pitting.

How did you attach it to the shock? Hose clamp? I was taking my leaf pack apart yesterday and noticed my Kings are starting to get pitted on the shafts.

Yep, I used two hose clamps. You could probably get away with one, but a little overkill never hurt anything. I've had them on for 30K ish and so far they have been holding up great.

so I ventured into the Bellevue REI this weekend for the Garbage sale.

At the front entrance is the Yakima SkyRise 2 Tent for $399 (about 1/2 original price)
I was thinking "SCORE!!!" … until I read some of the reviews = solid PASS on that one...

Don't worry, I've seen some soldiers almost pass out while doing IV training. Like ya joined the wrong profession if you almost pass out seeing blood when giving an IV lol.
