    When I build something I'm slapping a VIN from the Chevy parts truck or Basketcase on it so I can tag and insure it.

    The only reason I want my parents 1st gen 5 lugger is to use it as the doner vehicle to build a buggy/truggy. Get that VIN and be able to insure it if need be for places like this.

    He said has to be insured. Imagine me calling Geico and telling them I have a buggy worth 40 and beating the shit out of it hahaha.

    Which ones of those choices would we get to have the park to ourselves? Why is the Flatts your last choice?

    Hawk Pride has an event Ride at the Pride the weekend not sure if that means big crowds or not.

    I kinda like the idea of some of these places having Cabins may be an option to be more comfortable.

    Sucks living on the coast for these things.

    Flats = 5hrs
    Chocco = 7hrs
    AOP = 8hrs
    Hawk = 10hrs

    :annoyed:

    I'm in for Choccolocco, AOP, or Flatts

    Stoney Lonsome and Hawks Pride are 8 & 9 hrs away for me. But I would still go if those are chosen. May just have to break up the drive into thurs night and fri. morning.

    I wouldn't mind going back to AOP. We didn't do a ton of riding last time there. But Chocco looks like a good time, too.

    But some places have cabins and pavilions that can be rented for foul weather.

    Knocking on wood every time I've gone wheeling with this group it hasn't been horrible weather and very bearable.
