One of the two OEM LED lights in my cargo bed went out. If I purchase a new set, are they plug and play as far as replacement goes? Or will I need to rewire the new cables?

If you are replacing the "OEM" ones they are plug and play. Two screws to loosen, follow the wiring harness to the plug that will be zip tied to the frame somewhere. Unplug and remove the wires from the plastic plug carrier using a thin screwdriver. At that point you can pull the wiring harness out through the hole in the bedside.
