Good for you! My hubbers has chewed since Jr. High. Has tried quitting multiple times. Also quit drinking about a year ago. Said that it was easier to quit drinking than to quit chewing. Maybe one day....

Oh well, get busy and catch some fish.
And be sure to take pictures and post them.

Until I got this smartphone a couple years ago, I never took many pictures.

A few years ago, I got into fishing at my fish & game club in a big way.
The lake is stocked with trout.
It's the single biggest thing to generate membership dues. 3,200 members currently.
    Check it out:

    http://wfgclub.org/

Lots of Rainbows stocked at intervals, mostly 2 pounders, but some bigger.
I caught plenty, including two of the six pounder Rainbows and I swear, they looked like Atlantic salmon.
When the freezer got too full, my wife made me quit.

Yeah, yeah, no pics so didn't happen.
But I'm retired now, so watch out!
And the freezer is empty finally. YES!

I have a lifetime membership from serving on the Board of Directors for many years.
My buddies on the Board tell me they're gonna stock a few dozen 12 pounder Brown trout this year in addition to the usual.
I'm gunning for one of them. Trout fishing at the lake opens in 3 weeks.
And there will be pictures. :p

I used to fish public waters for the piddly little trout the state stocks.
    Screw that. :p

They were stocking the big ones here also. Nebraska tail walkers and the like. Mostly 2lbs, but I did get my share of 4's and 6's
God damn monsters with a light weight jig rod. With a 2 or 4 lb leader.
I saw so many people lose fish over just stupidity. I lost 2 before I adapted quickly... I limited twice in one day here, but typical day was 2 to 4 fish on the stringer.
