    I use a palomar knot also but with the braid I add a half hitch and I also use a touch of super glue to keep the end together. I know you don’t have to but i do

    Busy day today , was at the County VA office earlier taking care of paperwork . Then to the local Autoclub office got the paper work started on getting Calif Veterans license plates for my truck . I've been wanting to get these plates for a long time !! , Should hopefully get the plates in a few weeks

    While out driving around I noticed the Mojave river has alot water especially near the headwaters . Looks like alot of snow melt coming down Deep Creek !!!

    Glad you are starting to feel a little better. The flu just blows.
    The flu hit me once as I was getting on a plane back home. 16 hour trip of misery and woe. The flight attendants gave me a garbage bag and massive package of napkins. They also thankfully moved the two poor saps that were beside me in cattle class... Total misery and since then I always get the flu shot on October and always carry a selection of OTC drugs for colds and flu.
    So happy not to have to fly anywhere for work anymore...

    I'm glad my Primary Healthcare doctor at the VA convinced me to start getting yearly Flu shots . A couple years ago I was so sick I thought I had pneumonia , It took 3 months before I felt better
