    Howdy everyone,

I recently had my passenger airbag and seatbelt light come on my dash in my 2018 Tacoma Pro. I have not done anything to my wiring or screwed with anything it just randomly came on. The seatbelt light blinks at me even when my passenger and myself are both buckled and the passenger airbag stays turned off all the time which illuminates the red light in my dash. HOW CAN I FIX THIS???

does the truck start right up?
or does it seem to turn over slower than usual?
    sometimes lower voltage makes the
computer do strange random things on a weak battery.
if nothing else unplug the battery for
10 minutes and see if that resets things for you.

Nope starts right up. I just installed a light bar and a set of ditch lights and had the entire battery unplugged during the process and still had the lights on afterwords. My closest dealership is two hours away so I guess it is time to make the trip!

Don't mess with it. Take it to the dealer !
The truck has a 36mos/ 36k warranty. Use it.

Don't mess with it. Don't give the dealers any reason for them to void your warranty.
    Good luck.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
It was a bad LF impact sensor on my 2nd gen covered under warranty

Would me having ditch lights, new headlights bulbs, or a 32in light bar affect my warranty? Need to know what to remove before taking it to them lol

Every dealer is different. If its not THAT cumbersome, I'd remove . Headlight bulbs, no.
All depends how you wired up the accessory lights.
If you tapped it from a fuse block, DEFINITELY remove it.
Don't give the dealers any ammo to void your warranty.

Just simple plug and play with their own inline fuses.. don't see any reason they could blame this situation on my install.

Lol. You'll be surprised. Not so experienced service personnel may say really off the wall crap. Been there.
If you have other dealers you can go to, try the closest and see what they say.

Odds are you probably just need to recalibrate the weight sensor in the passenger seat

Did you have anything on the passenger seat? Enough weight will trigger this.

Did the problem start after headlight bulb change ? Maybe a rain storm/ car wash took place just before lights came on?

Of course they can . If the OP (not saying you did OP)
installed aftermarket kits to anywhere related to his problem , you think the dealer will fix it under warranty ?
If someone installed tap wires to his fuse block and fried the block , you think the dealer will fix it for free??
