Received mine back quickly as well. Very happy with the way my lid came out. Could not ask for better.

He does excellent work - my cover arrived yesterday. I need velcro but I'll post pics when it's done.

 

Here is mine. I didn't send my lid in so mine is a cover that slips over the lid. Pretty damn nice!

 

Did I forget to put the velcro in the packaging? How embarassing...

What's the major difference between the console cover and sending in my console for reupholstery?

 

The 2 main differences are the professionalism and comfort.
I am able to put better foam in the professional version, not that the foam in the slip on is bad, just not as good.
The professional version looks just that, professional. If someone wasn't familiar with our trucks and saw the professional console they wouldn't know that is didn't come that way from the factory.
The slip on is obviously an add on. It can also be removed if so desired for whatever reason. The professional is permanent.

 

No worries at all. I have it secured. The wonderful post office ripped the package so they may have come out .

 

I may need to look into other packaging then. I haven't had problems with that in the past as far as I know. Thanks for the info!

Kylin does awesome work. Received today and installed on my custom shifter I did. Replaced the red stiching with white
