Clemson has some nice facilities. We played at one of them for the state championship a few years ago.

 

Yeah it’s coaches pitch but he’s playing with a bunch of 7-8 year olds. Its only gonna make him better.

 

My son’s team (the same, basically, group of boys) were DYB state champs in 2013 (Coaches Pitch), 2015 (AAA), & 2017 (OZone).
If you want any tips or just wanna talk baseball, let me know. I love it so.

Part of the reason I like the hard tonneau Ole Red came with is that I can secure dirty, smelly baseball stuff in the bed- without worrying about it being lifted before or after games.

Can someone with some experience help me with my fk'n winch?

Every 2-3 days my Prolink is dangling around and I have to tighten it back up. I properly tensioned the line (synthetic) when it was installed, as per Shittybilt's instructions...how the F can I get it to stop losing tension? It's driving me nuts.

 

Do you have the clutch off(?) so you can't just pull the line out by hand.

 

Make sure the lever that's on the winch is fully in the locked position I've had mine not fully locked and it backs off sometimes so now I make sure it's fully locked

 

The clutch is still engaged, and fully in position.

I tighten it up, to the point the bumper starts to bend slightly, so I know it gets really tight, but somehow backs off after a few days.

The line IS almost all the way to the left side of the fairlead, but I can tighten it with the Prolink centered...wonder if that has something to do with it?

 

If the prolink is centered but the line is to the side, I'll bet the prolink is just slowly sliding to the side causing it to droop.

 

That's a possibility. I assume that the rope hasn't been used before so the first roll up may not have pulled it completely tight. I would unreel it and re-reel it, making sure to keep at least a couple hundred pounds of weight on it.
