Dude i had the exact same model, an '89 but with the 3.0 and red. Same color interior. It had 33's with 15x12 Alcoas, a 6" lift. I loved it!!! I regret selling it. Ive own 2 DC's tacomas since then but cant stop and look everytime i see one roll by.

 

I haven't seen an 89 with the 3rd brake light. They didn't come out in Tenn until 94.
Must be a Cali thing.

 

Here's mine, I got a 93' 3.0 v6! I wish I had the third brake light! For the year model of mine its in great shape!
