Orange County CAF's: up to no good

That’s the vibe I got from Danny as he logged in to find he had been banned. Considering all the crap he has dealt with in being elsewhere, he wasn’t even shocked at this point. Sad about Itaro as well as his humor will be missed, but he isn’t too hard to find.

Guess the mods are free to do as they please now since no reason has been presented for perma banning them

I get that the mods can do what they want, it's a private forum and all, but very odd to just ban someone because they don't like them. I know they weren't exactly the most helpful members but still.

 

I disagree, I forget how many times they have helped new members online and offline with their trucks. Using their personal time off with complete strangers at their houses. Still BS how they were banned IMO.

 

Well, far as i know they won't give them a legit reason for the ban and same has been done to others so ya....kinda BS.

 

It's bullshit because the mods went about it stupidly.

 

The way this place is heading...

 

they're helpful, both helped me on seperate occasions with suspension on my truck.

 

Speaking to only 1 of them I'll say that what I saw was antagonistic, confrontational, belittling & just generally difficult to have in any thread, any time. Who will replace one of them when we need to have a discussion about what or who is the fastest,slowest, newest, oldest, most or least expensive, most or least fuel efficient, heaviest or lightest.... Basically any metric that puts him at the top of the board for any given subject. Who will wear that crown? Or...here's a thought... Not every damn statement is a challenge to chip in on & try to one-up?

This site isn't an HOA board, or a democracy, it's a privately run site with its own politics happening on a mod level that we may never know (and have no right to). None of us have any "rights", to think otherwise is foolish. Handle yourself with respect, treat other users with respect, boom, come back to post another day.

 

Or exercise the ignore option if you don't like input, it's very easy.
