For the folks that have done the kicker upgrade I thought this would be kind of cool.

So I have a pretty wide range of music I listen to but driving this evening a song came on that made me say wow to what the speaker upgrade (kicker doors and tweeters) really did for the truck. Check it out. This is only to demonstrate how good they sound (as a budget upgrade so don't start talking about how much better it could be) and not trying to push flavors of music. Make your own suggestions so we can all enjoy different stuff. You will get it if you listen to this.

    Bela Fleck & The Flecktones
    CD: The Hidden Land
    Song: Labyrinth

I had the volume around the 45 range.

Edit: While I love all the classics and will regularly blast Rush, Korn, Filter, etc., there is nothing like getting a tune like above or Lee Ritenour playing to really hear how good things sound. Try it. You won't even want the fan running. Your cab will seem 10 times bigger. I'm done now.

    Rush, working man.

I will admit I added a little extra to the $250 kicker upgrade but I forgot how good that song was until I played it on the new system.

This remastered version specifically... even via youtube, sounds much better than a regular CD...

Thanks OP! Always down to listen to something new and not mainstream.

My artists of choice, to show off the new highs and mids, would be Rodrigo Y Gabriela. The acoustical guitar sounds pretty awesome with the improved speakers.
